We are trained to notice things that most miss that can affect your families attempts to heal, allowing you to feel safe and certain to focus on your ND person's unique abilities, challenges, and improvement. Our comprehensive assessment includes detailed written reports and actionable insights to guide this care journey. These reports can be shared with the care team to help them better understand the whole patient, not just their diagnosis.
